We offer two different ITIN services here at Woodcock Notary Public Certifying Acceptance Agent. Learn about them below.

What is an ITIN?

An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is useful for anyone who needs to file tax returns in the US, but is not an American citizen.

Getting an ITIN means you do not need to send your identity documents to the US, so you do not need to worry about them going missing or going without them for an extended period of time.

We have two ITIN packages that are available for you to choose between.

Certification Only Package

In our certification-only package, our services include but are limited to:

  • IRS accepted ID authentication
  • The issuance of a Certificate of Accuracy that proves your documents are authentic
  • W-7 form (ITIN application form) signature and countersignature

Full-service Package

UPDATE: We currently only offer this service for inheritance cases where an ITIN is needed for the affairs of a deceased person in the US, or for LLC tax returns.

Our bespoke full-service package is adapted to your individual needs. This package includes:

  • ID authentication accepted by the IRS
  • Completion of the W-7 form (ITIN application form)
  • A review of the required supporting documents according to the IRS checklist
  • The issuance of a Certificate of Accuracy to show that your documents are authentic
  • Submission of your application to the IRS
  • Receiving the ITIN number after the application and providing a copy to all relevant parties
